My Creative Space...Wooly Thinking

This is how I plan to spend the next four Wednesday evenings...
doing a 4 week wool embroidery class at Oatley Cottage.
Tracing the design on water soluble interfacing...
Mine may look like this at the end of the classes:
I'm going along with a friend and she is stitching this little guy:
Look at that cute face! Isn't he just ducky?

So remind me why I am starting something new? A bit of wooly thinking perhaps?
I should be doing some of my homework before I forget how to do 'fly stitch'. Gotta have all those leaves done by next week!

thanks for taking a peek over the fence...

  2. Oh wonderful! I love the way you can cover ground so quickly with wool embroidery and the unique, warm and beautiful look. The Australiana design is gorgeous.

  3. You are going to be busy! It's always when we have other things on the go that we find new things to start I find. Hope you get all your leaves done before tomorrow.
I just wanted to say that I LOVE the bag in the centre of your header - gorgeous!
